I have been fascinated by how technology is helping evolve our society. I look forward to a career in user experience research that will allow interactions with a diverse set of people and communities across the world and help contribute to the development of equitable, innovative and inclusive technologies.
I assist faculty in teaching and designing curriculum. During office hours, I clarify doubts, provide research feedback, guidance and any other academic assistance to support student well-being. I have taught systems design and analysis to undergraduate students (INFO 380) and Qualitative and Quantitative research methods to mid-career graduate students (IMT 570).
I led the IT team in the implementation of enterprise resource planning at Ashoka University. I collaborated with operational teams across the organization by organizing meetings, workshops, focus groups and interview sessions. I translated their requirements into software specifications (technical documents). I then collaborated with IT consultants and vendors spread across geographic locations and led the development of an integrated software IT infrastructure for the university.
I conducted a social audit of the MGNREGA program (the largest livelihood, social security and public works program in the world) covering 73 villages in a remote tribal block in India. I fetched and curated data from the mgnrega portal, government agencies and civil society organizations and maintained an internal database that allowed us to keep track and progress of the program across the block. Based on the data analysis, I identified key locations to conduct field studies, interviews and focus groups with the help of volunteers and staff from various collaborating agencies. Key findings and recommendations were shared and presented to the stakeholders to implement measures to address implementation gaps of the program.
I provided global database administration and operations (technical) support to development and test teams from Cisco Europe and Cisco USA.

I enjoy talking to people, everyone of us is like a Living book.
When at home, I follow a number of sci-fi and documentary genre movies and television shows. I am an aspiring writer, and I spend a large amount of my free time exploring historical and modern trends in technology and philosophy and how it is going to help evolve our society.
